This place is neat, with super-friendly staff and a fantastic location near all the restaurants, the art museum, the city wall, and the coast.

The venue is amazing. the food is appetizing. - the location in the Centro district is awesome. - the room is bright and wonderful. - the views of the old town from the room are absolutely fabulous. - the staff is wonderful and lovely. - the service provided is exceptional. 

The hotel is wonderful and tidy, nestled in a very nice boutique building with a spectacular view of the sunset. This venue offers a delicious breakfast. The rooms are bright and a nice size, with a safe, multi-channel TV, and a mini-fridge bar.

Well-trained and experienced staff as one would expect. This hotel offers unbeatable location really close to the main restaurant, and shops and restaurants. You'll need 10 minutes to walk to El Burlador Gastrobar with nice drinks.  

Simply no complaints whatsoever, awesome stay. Fairly large and charming hotel with a great restaurant and lovely staff. Comfy rooms with down pillows. True 5-star experience, exceptional service. Amazing pool to relax in too.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly. the rooms are tastefully decorated and have good air conditioning. the boutique building is very nice, and the rooms come with a safe, multi-channel TV, and a mini-fridge-bar. 

I was amazed by the breathtaking beauty of the Charleston Santa Teresa. The building is stunning and the location couldn't be better. The amenities in the room exceeded my expectations, especially the surprise of having an iPad for my use.

The rooms are nicely decorated with feather pillows and offer fantastic views. They have a variety of delicious breakfast options to choose from. The staff is especially helpful and provides free wake-up service and ironing facilities. 

We had a fantastic stay at Charleston Santa Teresa! The rooftop pool offered breathtaking views of the city and the rooftop bar served delicious limonada de cocos. The location was perfect, right near the city wall and within walking distance of the 

Overall the room is fairly quiet, bright and includes a safe, multi-channel TV, and a mini-fridge-bar. The staff are especially helpful, we liked them. It is in unbeatable location to Cartagena's Pegasos's Wharf, set near the hotel;))
